Sheriff Craig Webre announced Kim Wunstell Jr. (age 28) of Galliano is wanted for Aggravated Burglary in connection to an incident last month. Through investigation, deputies learned that on October 14, 2015, Wunstell allegedly made forced entry into a residence on West 122nd Street in Galliano. Upon making entry, Wunstell allegedly stole several items including jewelry, a wallet, and several vials containing prescription medication. Deputies also learned Wunstell was allegedly armed with a knife during the incident. There were two people inside the residence during the burglary, but no one was harmed. Following the investigation, deputies obtained a warrant for Wunstell’s arrest for the charge of Aggravated Burglary with a bond amount set at $100,000.
